2.1 Futbol Brawl is a blockchain-based football management game in which players manage teams, participate in matches, and interact with other players through competitive game mechanics.

2.2 The Game may include smart contracts, in-game currencies, digital items, matches, tournaments, rankings, and other gameplay features that involve strategic decision-making and risk.

2.3 All in-game assets, currencies, and items are digital, exist only within the Game ecosystem, and may be recorded on supported blockchain networks. They have no guaranteed real-world value.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet and/or create an account on our platform.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, devices, and any associated credentials.

3.3 Futbol Brawl does not store private keys and cannot recover wallets, assets, or access credentials if they are lost or compromised.

3.4 You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep such information up to date.

4. Risks and Disclaimers

4.1 Participation in the Game involves inherent risks, including the potential loss of in-game assets, digital currencies, or other items.

4.2 The Game relies on blockchain networks and third-party services, which may experience congestion, delays, failures, forks, exploits, or other technical issues beyond our control.

4.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or error-free operation of the Game or any blockchain network.

4.4 The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Game, including its software, graphics, designs, mechanics, text, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Futbol Brawl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity, security, or fairness of the Game.

6.2 Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics;
• cheating or using unauthorized automation or bots;
• reverse engineering or attempting to bypass game systems;
• manipulating smart contracts or on-chain interactions;
• attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.

6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futbol Brawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

7.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims related to the Game shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Futbol Brawl, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to the Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

8.2 Your continued use of the Game after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
